SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Driveaway Dreams LLC ADDRESS NEEDED and administered by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614 (the “Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families or households of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

NOTE: IF AN ENTRANT (OR SOMEONE IN THE ENTRANT’S IMMEDIATE HOUSEHOLD) HAS WON A SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST PRIZE WITHIN THE PAST TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS, THE ENTRANT IS INELIGIBLE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

TWO WAYS TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on November 1, 2025 and ends at 9:59:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

1) Online Store Entry

Entrants who purchase online (at the Sponsor website) will receive one (1) entry for each $1.00 of merchandise purchased (excluding tax and shipping) in the online store (each, an “Online Store Entry”). All online entries must be received by 11:59:00 p.m. ET on March 1, 2026.

Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce Bonus Entries on its website and/or social media providing opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entry Periods”). Entrants will receive multiple entries as designated by the Sponsor’s Multiplier from time to time (e.g., 10X, 20X, 30X). Timing for an Entry Multiplier offer will be determined solely by the Sponsor and will be announced by the Sponsor on their Website and/or its social media pages.

2) Mail-in

Entrants also have the option to obtain twenty five (25) Sweepstakes entries via mail by legibly hand-printing, on a 3”x5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, phone number, and email address, and mailing the card in a handprinted #10 envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: “Drive Away Dreams” Giveaway PO Box 449 Macedon, NY 14502-0449. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 1, 2026 and received by March 6, 2026. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will be worth five (5) times the Multiplier as designated by the Sponsor website. For bonus entries to be valid, the Entrant must write the Bonus multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x, 30x) on the backside of the envelope to signify which Bonus Entry Period they are entering during. If an Entrant lists a Bonus Period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Entrants are not permitted to use any third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way. Each envelope must be mailed individually; bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at any time, without notice, if for any reason the Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.

ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE PROMOTION. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OR PROMOTIONS OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and Social Media Platforms from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees.

PRIZE DETAILS & CONDITIONS

The Prize drawing will be conducted by the Administrator. The Prize drawing will take place on or about March 10, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The potential Prize Winner will be notified via phone, email and/or USPS mail.

Grand Prize winner, upon verification, will receive a choice between one (1) 2021 Ferrari Roma (approximate retail value $250,000) OR the winner may select a “Car of their Dreams” not to exceed $250,000. Winner is responsible for registration, licensing, taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize.

The potential Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity within five (5) days of notice or be disqualified. The Affidavit will require the Winner to provide their Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize.

USE OF DATA

All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.drivewaydreams.com/privacy-policy/. By participating and providing your contact information, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

DISPUTES

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that disputes shall be resolved individually in federal or state court within the State of Wisconsin and waives any right to representative or class actions.

WINNER LIST

The name of the official winner will be announced at the Sponsor website on or about March 15, 2026 or after the winner has been verified.
